Happy “Bake Cookies Day!” Did you celebrate by baking any cookies today? It’s quite convenient to have this celebration right in the midst of the holiday season. And if you need an excuse to get into that holiday spirit, here it is!
Here’s a gingerbread cookie all baked and decorated by my daughter…they made them in school (and I’m pretty sure they didn’t even try to coincide it with this celebration!)
On Sunday, my daughter and I made up the ever trendy Melting Snowman Sugar Cookies for my annual moms’ cookie and gift exchange party. These are actually a pretty good cookie to do with kids as there is no perfection needed!!
And of course my daughter wanted everyone to know she helped make them…
(Translation if you don’t read Kindergartner–“Addison & Mommy made these cookies”) Precious, right?!
