Today I have this cute Floating By To Say Hi Card to share with you. It’s been a crazy busy time for me so I missed doing my Make It Monday with a Card Sketch for you. But I figured it’s better late than never, right? So today I’m sharing my Make It Monday on Wednesday!
I used the adorable Floating By Stamp Set that is being offered as part of the National Stamping Month celebration. I also used our Four Seasons-Autumn Paper Collection (love the plaid pattern SO much!)
To keep a softer look to my stamped images, I used our Waterbrush with our ink pads to color in my fox. For the balloon I wanted a little more texture and sparkle, so I decided to use our *NEW* Metallic Gel Pens with a Waterbrush. This allowed me to still get that soft look I wanted. I finished the card with our Black & White Dots. These embellishments are so thin. It’s awesome to add a little extra detail without the bulk!
While it may not be Monday, there’s no reason you can’t use the Card Sketch to create a handmade card for someone special. You could even create your own Floating By To Say Hi card!
