For this week’s Social Distancing Make It Monday, I’m sharing another FREE card pattern with you. As you can see with this pattern, by simply rotating the pattern you can achieve multiple looks to your handmade card. It’s an easy trick, but perhaps one we don’t consider too often, right?
I chose to use our *NEW* A Million Little Things Stamp Set. It’s actually the very first stamp set I purchased from the May-June Catalog. I love it and haven’t used it nearly enough–YET! 🙂
The sentiments and floral images are all so beautiful. Plus, I love the addition of the little splatter marks. A fun way to add a little more texture and dimension to your project! My immediate thought when I saw these flowers was watercoloring. It seems to cry out for a watercoloring technique. So that’s exactly what I did with this card.
Here are the products I used to create today’s card:
- Intense Black Stamp Pad (Z4189)
- Evergreen Re-inker (Z7512)
- Peacock Re-inker (Z2749)
- Pewter Re-inker (Z2732)
- Aurora Paper Pack (X7256B)
- Light Evergreen Cardstock (X6030)
- Peacock Cardstock (X5958)
- Black Cardstock (X6047)
- White Daisy Cardstock (1385)
- White Cards & Envelopes Value Pack (X254)
- Bitty Sparkles (Z1263)
- Silver Shimmer Trim (Z1799)
I hope you enjoy this card pattern and the versatility of the design. Be sure to give this pattern a try and play along with us on this Social Distancing Make It Monday.
